With only two paid employees, PIN is a very lean operation. An overwhelming portion of what we do is made possible by the generosity of volunteers.This means you can rest assured that most of the money you contribute goes directly and tangibly to helping people in need.

PIN Ministry is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to PIN Ministry are deductible under section 170 of the Code.

It costs just 81¢ to provide a bag lunch for a homeless person, but it costs approximately $26.40 for a family of four to eat fast-food out. By giving up one fast-food meal each month, your family can feed 32 homeless people. Aside from food, your generous, on-going donation will be used to provide clothing, hygiene supplies, medicine and, eventually, shelter for the homeless of Hampton Roads.
